Our screening process is rigorous and has been adapted to meet regional variances. Our approach ensures that we build and maintain a long-term relationship with our employees. Where there is defined company requirements we would work closely with the clients to achieve these.


We are able to meet our clients’ specific requirements in any location globally. Through our global infrastructure and offices based in Aberdeen and Chichester we can source registered nurses and medical doctors in accordance with our clients’ operational needs. All our medical practitioners are fully screened before undertaking any role on behalf of IMM and CEGA.

We have a 6 step process describing how we conduct recruitment in order to guarantee to our cients the best response to their requirements and to guarantee to our employees the best integration into the role:

1. Determination of the pre-requisites of the position
2. Initial selection of CVs – establishment of a shortlist
3. Behavioural and human resources interview
4. Technical interview – Clinical interview
5. Final selection
6. Background checks – We utilise a live PVG checking mechanism
